Refunds, Exchanges & Warranty

All discounted orders are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted during the Halloween Sale period.

Exception: If a product arrives defective or damaged, customers must notify Sabermax within 2 days of delivery to qualify for a warranty replacement or repair. Outside this exception, all orders remain final sale.

This Halloween Sale policy supersedes existing Sabermax return and exchange policies for qualifying orders.

Absolutely! Our sabers are built with high-grade materials for heavy dueling. However, excessive force on the blades may cause wear over time.
Do lightsabers come with a blade?
Yes! Each standard order includes a duel-ready polycarbonate blade. Customization options are available.
Can I change the lightsaber’s color?
Most of our sabers feature RGB color-changing technology, allowing you to switch between multiple hues with ease.
Are batteries included?
Yes, necessary rechargeable batteries are included and come with a USB charging cable/external battery charger.

What’s covered under warranty?
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damage from dueling or misuse is not included.
